Dodger and Sandy

Dodger (gray tabby) and Sandy (mackerel tabby) were both adopted through Forgotten Cats. Sandy was a Hurricane Sandy rescue, only a week old when the hurricane hit. Her first seven months of life she was shuffled around. She was very attached to her brother, and when he got adopted she went into depression. She had just been brought to the Jenkintown PetSmart when her family adopted her.

Dodger was adopted by the family 6 months later. He was among a litter born to a very young mother on the streets. They call him their species-challenged cat. He thinks he is part dog and human. He keeps everyone laughing all of the time and is an equal opportunity lover.

Their family shares, “We just love them both! They have brought us much happiness and comfort. I am a school teacher and both love to help me grade by sitting on my papers! We love both our cats and are so thankful to Forgotten Cats for all that you do.”
